- Communicate with members via phone and email, ensuring care and empathy in every interaction
- Listen to members and provide tailored solutions to their unique financial needs
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Accurately document member interactions and activities
- Assist with onboarding and new account setups, guiding members throughout their financial journey
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 am - 8 pm
- People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software
- Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse member populations
