[Remote] Product Specialist (Demos & Onboarding) — Contract to Hire

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Releventful is looking for a confident, customer-facing Product Specialist to own their demo and onboarding experience. This role involves guiding potential customers through the product and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to active customer, while also driving revenue through high-quality demos.

Responsibilities

• Run 8–10 live product demos per week (45–60 minutes each)
• Clearly explain the platform and tailor demos to customer needs
• Answer product and pricing questions with confidence
• Guide qualified prospects to schedule a booking call
• Follow up with demo attendees via CRM and direct outreach
• Keep leads engaged and moving forward
• Ensure clean handoffs to the closing call
• Assist new customers with initial setup and onboarding
• Answer early-stage questions via chat and email
• Help ensure a smooth transition from sale to active customer
• Jump in where needed across demos, onboarding, and light customer support
• Provide feedback on demo flow, messaging, and customer experience
