They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help clients with billing and account issues while promoting a positive team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty
  • Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues
  • Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer
  • Participate in the company's social media campaigns
  • Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Deadline and results-oriented
  • Self-motivated and proactive qualities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
  • Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!
