Responsibilities

• Craft thoughtful, professional responses to resident reviews posted on major multifamily platforms such as ApartmentRatings, Apartments.com, Google, Yelp, and Facebook
• Maintain a professional, empathetic tone in responses to customer feedback
• Meet 24-business-hour turnaround deadlines for responses

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to write professional, empathetic responses to customer feedback
• Reliability and consistent availability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn the multifamily review space (training provided)
