About the Role

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will serve as the information and detailing champion for our Semi program. Your primary responsibility will be to translate vast amounts of vehicle data into useful, easily digestible information that can quickly be converted into recommendations. The reports, visualizations, and insights you create will be utilized by multiple teams and leaders across the organization to maximize the utilization of our Semi fleet, increase team effectiveness, and provide valuable insights to our clients—both internal and external.

What You'll Do

As an integral part of the arenaflex Semi program team, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Create compelling, concise, and clear reports and visualizations to inform partners, leadership, and Semi program clients. Your ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations will be crucial to our success.


• Support engineering requests to extract and evaluate data from vehicles to assist with trend analysis, component trials, and service opportunities. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure data integrity and meaningful analysis.


• Develop automated reports on fleet performance and health that provide real-time insights into vehicle status, maintenance needs, and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish robust data pipelines, verify data integrity, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.


• Write clean, tested code that can be maintained and extended upon by other analysts. Your technical documentation and coding standards will set the benchmark for the team.


• Provide data and insights to the business development team and collaborate on client-facing materials that showcase the value proposition of arenaflex Semi vehicles.


• Analyze time-series data from vehicle logs to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in vehicle performance and reliability.


• Conduct trend analysis to predict maintenance needs, optimize fleet operations, and improve overall customer satisfaction.


• Support product development teams with data-driven insights that inform future iterations of our Semi trucks.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
