What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Analytics

Our Marketing team drives growth for arenaflex on every major marketing platform. We aren't your standard marketers: we own the strategy, P&L, and roadmap for our portfolio of cutting-edge and in-house-developed marketing and AdTech tools. We use data to acquire high-intent customers and encourage them to return again and again. We drive profitable top-line revenue by strategically allocating marketing dollars where they will give the best return on investment and influence how we shape the overall business strategy. As an Analyst, you will have a specific channel (such as Search, Display, Email, Social Media, TV/Online Video, etc.) from beginning to end. You'll be entrusted with managing a significant budget, helping to drive marketing tech innovation, and devising new testing approaches to grow the business.

Operations

arenaflex's Operations team is transforming the customer experience through the development of a proprietary logistics network and streamlining platform that manages inventory from overseas manufacturing plants to customer's front door. This team works directly with suppliers, vendors, and customers to deliver new levels of efficiency and performance. They also collaborate internally with Product, Planning, and Business Intelligence teams to create the core analytical experiences that enable arenaflex to address transportation, warehousing, and logistics challenges. As an Analyst, you'll develop and implement strategies that generate competitive advantages for arenaflex, and the results of your discoveries will improve the daily efficiency of a large and sophisticated global supply chain organization.

What You'll Need: Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and are ready to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional value to customers and stakeholders alike.

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A strong academic record demonstrating quantitative and analytical capabilities is preferred.


• Advanced Degree: Graduate degree obtained by Winter 2023 or Summer 2024 is a plus but not required for all positions.


• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with programming languages is at least an added advantage, including willingness to learn and develop skills in Google BigQuery/SQL, R, or Python.
