Position Overview

We're currently seeking a passionate and driven Remote Benefits Account Manager to join our growing customer success team. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for families seeking to understand and enroll in our comprehensive benefits programs. You'll combine your customer service skills with sales acumen to help clients navigate their options, enroll in new programs, and maintain long-term relationships that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Benefits Account Manager at arenaflex, your days will be varied and meaningful. Here's what you can expect:


  • Customer Success Strategy: Develop and implement customer success metrics that measure satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll create and execute account strategies designed to ensure every client receives exceptional service.

  • Relationship Building: Build trust with customer accounts through open, responsive, and interactive communication. You'll become the go-to resource for your assigned portfolio of families.

  • Virtual Engagement: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings using Zoom and other collaboration platforms. You'll guide families through our benefits programs, answering questions and providing expert recommendations.

  • Risk Management & Growth: Monitor your accounts to identify and mitigate potential risks while simultaneously uncovering upsell opportunities. You'll align product offerings with customer needs and drive successful renewals.

  • Sales & Enrollment: Present various benefits programs to families, enroll new clients, and open new accounts. You'll help families understand which programs best fit their unique situations.

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio, ensuring no one falls through the cracks. You'll maintain detailed records of client interactions and future needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications:


  • Citizenship: Must be a US or Canadian citizen (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
