Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply step-by-step instructions during live calls
• Maintain a reliable process across high-volume interactions without cutting corners
• Provide customer support through phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot billing, reporting, and product issues while assisting with account updates and payments

Skills

• Must have your own equipment, including a computer and high-speed internet
• Customer service or call center experience is required
• Background in financial services, banking support, or compliance-heavy environments is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail in data handling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience in healthcare insurance processing, QA/auditing, or data entry
• Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks
