Recruiting Specialist

Article Student Living is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join their Recruiting team. The Recruiting Specialist will support the talent acquisition process by managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full interview process, serving as the main contact for candidates and ensuring a positive experience
• Post job openings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruiting metrics
• Support offer processes and onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating background checks
• Plan and complete recruiting events, campus projects, and employer branding activities
• Help with general recruiting projects, internship programs, and HR team plans

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
• Experience with candidate communications, scheduling, and managing recruiting workflow
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with virtual interview platforms
