- About the Opportunity:
- The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition plays a key role in supporting the organization’s staffing needs by partnering with hiring leaders to develop effective sourcing strategies. This position is responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates, contributing to the organization’s ability to attract and retain talent. The role directly impacts the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process, helping to ensure teams are staffed with skilled professionals.
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans for assigned positions
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders
- Source and build candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Participate in realistic job previews
- Stay informed on industry standards and competition
- Follow organizational employment policies throughout the hiring process
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PHR or other HR certification desirable
- Minimum 1 year of specialized experience in recruitment, search firms, healthcare recruitment, or Human Resources required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems desirable
- Knowledge of Boolean search operators, sourcing, and social media preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Beginner proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
