QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Technical Services team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain end-to-end test plans, test cases, and test packs


• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing


• Test and verify defects logged on TFS


• Compile test reports and release notes


• Support controlled releases and identify high-risk changes


• Assist developers and Product Owners with defect investigation


• Provide daily and weekly testing updates

Requirements

• Grade 12 / N3 (essential)


• 2–4 years’ experience as a QA Analyst


• Advanced SQL skills


• Retail systems knowledge


• IT degree/diploma and ISTQB certification (advantageous)
