Responsibilities

Writing professional product documentation
Writing product requirements
Organizing and managing Jira and agile development processes
Answering developer and customer questions about new features
Investigating and troubleshooting bugs
Planning product releases
Conducting product walkthroughs, demos, and webinars
Some travel may be required

Skills

0-2 years of product development experience
Excellent writing and verbal skills
Strong critical reasoning
Detailed organization
Strong attention to detail
An excellent GPA or proven success in an entry-level capacity
