- Job Description:
- Manage multiple projects from initiation through closure, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate tasks and activities across multiple teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
- Apply both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when relevant.
- Provide regular status updates to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Prepare and deliver concise, polished presentations on project status, risks, and milestones using PowerPoint.
- Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned and final documentation.
- Requirements:
- 1-3 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in technical environments.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent time management, detail orientation, and prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise status reports.
