Our client, a globally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities, is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Program Manager, Community Outreach. This fully remote position allows you to make a profound impact from anywhere in the US, coordinating and executing vital outreach initiatives. You will be instrumental in building relationships, driving program participation, and ensuring the success of our client's mission to create positive social change.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage community outreach programs aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals. Identify and build strong relationships with community leaders, partner organizations, and stakeholders. Oversee the planning and execution of outreach events, workshops, and information sessions. Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accurate financial reporting. Develop and disseminate program materials, marketing collateral, and communication plans to engage target audiences. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support outreach activities. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting data and generating reports on key performance indicators. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure program integration and success. Identify opportunities for program expansion and new initiatives. Represent the organization at community events and public forums. Stay abreast of best practices in community engagement and non-profit program management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in program management, community outreach, or non-profit work. Demonstrated success in developing and managing community-based programs. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and project management software. Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting. Passionate about social impact and empowering communities. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
