Position Overview: Product Solutions Engineer

arenaflex is currently seeking a talented Product Solutions Engineer to join our gTech Global Customer Experience team. In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our advertisers and internal business teams, providing elite-level support across our diverse advertising ecosystem—including Display, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopping, Google Advertising Platform (GMP), and Mobile/Applications.

This position is based in Reston, USA, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour with full-time employment benefits. As a Product Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for triaging, identifying, and resolving sensitive and complex issues that affect our advertisers, while also identifying patterns that drive product improvements across the organization.

What You'll Do

As a Product Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, your days will be dynamic and intellectually stimulating. You'll combine deep technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Here's what you can expect:

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Care: Provide advanced technical support to advertisers and internal teams, troubleshooting complex issues and bugs with precision and urgency. Your goal is to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and satisfied with their arenaflex advertising experience.


• Master the AI-Powered Ecosystem: Develop a thorough understanding of arenaflex's AI-driven advertising ecosystem and become fluent in communicating machine learning capabilities to both internal stakeholders and external clients. You'll translate complex technical concepts into accessible language that drives confidence and adoption.


• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with business, Engineering, and Product teams to build automation strategies and processes that identify and prevent product issues before they impact clients. Your ability to bridge gaps between departments will be essential to your success.


• Innovate Through Tool Development: Model and develop tools that enable efficient investigation of client issues and questions. You'll create solutions that streamline troubleshooting for common use cases, improving efficiency across the entire support organization.


• Partner with Engineering: Collaborate closely with Engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations. Your technical insights will help shape product roadmaps and ensure seamless implementation of new features.


• Pattern Recognition & Advocacy: Identify recurring issue patterns and work with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve root causes. You'll be the voice of the customer, advocating for improvements that enhance the overall advertiser experience.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in technology and customer-facing problem solving:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your technical proficiency.


• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development using a general-purpose programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python—or extensive experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Networks)—or hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization using SQL-like query languages.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have these additional skills, you'll stand out from the crowd:

• Hands-on experience with framework design and API development, including working with data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals is a significant advantage.


• Previous experience supporting advertising technology products and e-commerce platforms—understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in digital advertising is highly valued.


• Strong grasp of backend system concepts including caching strategies, memory management, and performance optimization. Experience with mobile application operating systems and mobile data analysis products is a plus.


• Proficiency in debugging using log analysis and developer tools (such as Chrome DevTools) to diagnose and resolve tagging issues on websites.


• The ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights for cross-functional partners across gTech and Engineering organizations. You should be comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.


• A natural collaborator who can build relationships across teams and influence outcomes through clear, persuasive communication.
