About the Role: Your Contribution Matters

As a Patient Services Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for many patients seeking healthcare products and services. Your role is crucial in establishing trust, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the patient journey. • Physician Coordination: Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to secure written orders, confirm insurance coverage, and process orders accurately and timely. This collaborative role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex healthcare processes.

  • Status Communication: Maintain continuous, proactive communication with patients and referring entities regarding order statuses, ensuring transparency and building trust throughout the service delivery process.

  • Order Management: Handle daily management of purchase order discrepancies and generate detailed reports as needed. Your analytical skills will help identify issues and contribute to process improvements.

  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all patient interactions, orders, and communications in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
