Product Photographer (US-Based) - Medical Test Kit

We're looking for a US-based product photographer to shoot a consumer health product - a kit used for a blood test for pregnant women. We'll ship the kit to you. You'll return a set of high-resolution, marketing-ready images we can use across our website, sales collateral, social, and print.

Must be based in the US (we need to ship the kit domestically).

What we need

Approximately 100-200 final hero and supporting photos, lightly edited (color correction, background cleanup, minor retouching), delivered in high resolution (print-ready). Shot list includes:

The closed box on a range of backgrounds (clean white/seamless, soft neutral, lifestyle/in-home, clinical/medical, etc.)

The closed box in multiple orientations and angles (front, back, sides, top-down, 3/4, macro detail)

The box opened, showing internal components and packaging

Each individual component photographed cleanly on its own

Various "contents laid out" configurations — all kit items arranged next to the box, flat lays, and styled groupings

Final deliverables: high-res files (TIFF or PNG), optimized web versions (JPG), and any RAW files on request. All rights transferred / full commercial usage.

Optional add-ons (please quote separately if you offer these)

AI-assisted variations at scale. If you already work with AI tools (e.g., generative fill, scene extension, style transfer, or AI compositing workflows) to produce many on-brand variations from a base shoot - for example, the same box placed in dozens of different lifestyle scenes, held by different people, on different surfaces, in different lighting - we'd love to hear how you approach this and see examples.

Model photography. We'd consider adding a model to some shots. For example:

Hand model only (woman) holding the box or components

Full model with face, pregnant or styled with a prosthetic/"fake" pregnant belly

If you have access to appropriate talent, please include casting details and whether talent fees are included in your quote.

What to include in your proposal

A portfolio link with examples of similar work - ideally product photography in health/wellness, beauty, CPG, or medical/consumer-health categories. Lifestyle and model-based product work is a plus.

Examples of any AI-variation workflow you've used, if relevant.

A project quote broken out by:

Base shoot (100-200 photos, light editing, closed/open box + components + configurations)
