- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process
- Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation
- Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
- Using computers to assist customers with seat availability, make gate announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process
- Operating jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lift, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- To be at least 18 years of age
- To be proficient in English
- To be proficient in Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to pass a Customer Service Assessment
- The ability to frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
- The ability to occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
- A willingness to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the US
