What You'll Do at arenaflex

As a Product Analyst at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical bridge between data, technology, and business strategy. Your contributions will directly impact how we optimize our advertising systems, understand customer behavior, and drive revenue growth. Here's what you can expect to do:

• Lead Data-Informed Initiatives: Support the development and execution of key initiatives within our advertising system improvement programs. You will gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to draw meaningful conclusions that shape critical business decisions across the organization.
• Drive Yield Optimization: Take ownership of yield optimization strategies across our advertising network. You will identify opportunities to maximize performance and revenue through rigorous data analysis and strategic thinking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Promotions Operations teams to shape and support the improvement of product releases and operational cycles. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential.
• Dashboard Development & Management: Own the creation and ongoing administration of business and system dashboards. You will build intuitive, actionable visualizations that empower teams to make data-driven decisions quickly and confidently.
• Revenue Generation: Apply your domain expertise in advertising systems to identify and address income-generating features and projects. You will be the go-to expert for understanding end-to-end workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Strategic Advisory: Become the primary point of contact for all promotions teams, answering complex questions that require a comprehensive understanding of our production framework. Your insights will help guide strategic decisions at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Tackle ambiguous problems independently, determining the right approach to structure questions, identify possible courses of analysis, derive meaningful results, and present distilled findings to audiences ranging from junior team members to C-level executives.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of significant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and various data query, data presentation, and ETL approaches and technologies. Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Airflow, Splunk, Tableau, or similar toolsets is essential.
• Data Visualization Skills: Prior experience with data visualization products (Tableau or equivalent toolsets) is required. You should be comfortable creating compelling visual representations of complex data that drive decision-making.
• Analytical Thinking: The ability to independently take on complex problems, structure effective queries, identify potential courses of analysis, derive meaningful results, and present findings clearly to diverse audiences – from junior team members to senior executives.
• Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of marketing principles and digital advertising ecosystems. You should be familiar with how advertising platforms operate and how data drives marketing decisions.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Qualifications):

• Hands-on experience with Search advertisements and e-commerce performance advertising platforms (such as Google Search Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar)
• Experience with publisher yield management and optimization
• Previous work with engineering teams building auction-based advertising systems
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) exchanges
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
