Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM COL
Salary: 9M COP- 12M COP /month (Based on experience)

They’re now looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their squad, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. Direct relationship — no layers, no account managers in between.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn't just a role; it’s a chance to build a legacy. You’ll be stepping in as the senior authority from day one. You'll have the autonomy to own the entire search function so the CEO can focus on scaling the agency:
  • Managing end-to-end campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Serving as the solo point of contact for US-based clients—leading calls and presenting performance with zero hand-holding.
  • Creating the internal "gold standard" for paid search, from naming conventions to QA checklists that future hires will follow.
  • Building out reporting infrastructure so the Founder never has to manually pull data again.
  • Providing snappy, structured updates to keep the team aligned and moving fast.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience, specifically crushing it for e-commerce accounts.
  • Deep fluency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and a solid handle on Microsoft Advertising.
  • High proficiency in English, capable of translating complex data into clear, confident narratives for US clients.
  • The ability to run accounts and make defensible, data-driven decisions without needing a supervisor.
  • Founder Mindset: You treat every account like it’s your own business and flag opportunities (or fires) before anyone else sees them.

  • Prior experience in a performance marketing agency setting.
  • Product feed optimization understanding.
  • Google Merchant Center and revenue-based bidding.
  • Paid social magic (Meta) to help the team execute cross-channel.
  • Experience leading client calls solo and winning the room
