The role involves assigning title orders, following up on overdue orders, and ensuring the accuracy of commitments while addressing inquiries from clients and internal staff.
Responsibilities
- Assign orders
- Complete daily follow-up including late orders
- Status-in searches, client notifications updates via fax or email
- Status title commitments and QA per state requirements
- Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner
- Follow up on rejected orders and send to vendors to obtain resolutions
- Meet production goals and quality requirements as set by management
- Run reports as assigned by management
- Any other duties assigned
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent and six (6) months minimum Title (real estate) experience
- Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively organize, plan, and prioritize work
- Familiarity with personal computer operation, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
