The Associate Data & Reporting Analyst will enhance and maintain ongoing operational tasks, design and deliver data and reporting solutions, and communicate findings to colleagues and management to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute regularly scheduled operational and BAU tasks and processes
- Develop and/or update data and reporting process documentation
- Monitor, document and respond to ad-hoc and support requests and ensure the issue and resolution are accurate, complete and to the client’s satisfaction
- Conduct thorough testing and reconciliation practices on data and metrics
- Support in the development of new data and reporting workflows with guidance from senior peers
- Able to work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Data, Dashboard, and reporting needs
Skills
- Experience with descriptive analytics tools and languages (PowerBI, Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, R, etc)
- Post-secondary education
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail skills
- General P&C knowledge, specifically for home/property insurance
- General knowledge of business operations tools (SalesForce, PolicyCentre, ClaimCentre, BillingCentre)
