What you'll do
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation strategies focused on driving high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue objectives. In this leadership role, you’ll manage Performance and Lifecycle Marketing specialists, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that advance prospects through the funnel. Collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams, you’ll optimize the customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion, playing a critical role in achieving TRACTIAN’s high-ticket sales goals.
Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, webinars, and ABM programsBuild, launch, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation platformsSupport campaign messaging, ad copy, and content executionLocalize global campaigns for NORAM, including coordination of Spanish-language adaptationsCollaborate with Field Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure campaign alignment and executionTrack and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and optimization opportunitiesManage timelines and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
Requirements
2–3 years of experience executing B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign executionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldHands-on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or similar toolsTracks campaign performance and adjusts based on results
