The ideal candidate will have experience in contract law and legal consulting, with a strong understanding of legal writing.

Background:

The case involves a three-party structure:
• Independent contractor
• Outsourcing company (NY-based hiring party)
• End client

Issue:

A portion of completed work remains unpaid.

Key concerns:
• Work was completed with full visibility and no objections raised during execution
• A significant portion was rejected after the work period ended, without supporting documentation.
• A formal demand has already been issued, with no satisfactory resolution.
