Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Owner Service Agents in our Inbound Customer Service department. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while serving as the first point of contact for homeowners seeking assistance with their arenaflex appliances.

As an Owner Service Agent, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to customers by addressing their concerns, answering product questions, assisting with parts inquiries, scheduling services, and helping them navigate their ownership experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Work Schedule: This position offers flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts between the business hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available to accommodate your lifestyle and career goals.

What You'll Create Possibilities

After completing our comprehensive 8-week training program, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in this role. Using our Windows-based programs and internal applications, you will:


  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone calls, faxes, emails, chats, and written correspondence with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide expert product information regarding parts sales, service requests, and pre/post-purchase inquiries

  • Resolve owner issues through effective troubleshooting techniques and minor concessions using your creativity and judgment-based reasoning skills

  • Create, update, and maintain owner records in our system to accurately document complaints, actions taken, and resolutions achieved

  • Follow established guidelines while exercising good judgment to implement concession solutions that benefit both the customer and the company

  • Proactively provide feedback to our Quality and Training teams to help continuously improve our processes, training materials, and customer experience

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues

  • Support other areas of the business as needed to ensure seamless operations across all departments

  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of our customers and organization

  • Language Proficiency: The ability to communicate effectively in English is a requirement

Requirements for Remote Work Environment

To ensure your success in this remote position, you must have:


  • A dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious enough to accommodate the arenaflex-provided equipment, including PC, keyboard, mouse, monitors, cables, and ethernet cord

  • A reliable local internet provider (Satellite or DSL internet connections are not permitted due to security requirements)

  • The ability to maintain a professional home office environment that supports productive remote work
