Columbia Bank New Jersey is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Analyst to support Learning Analytics, LMS Administration, and Communications. The role involves delivering insights, managing internal communications, and ensuring operational effectiveness within the Learning Team.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and creates Manager Dashboards within the LMS
- Produces monthly, mid-year and year end Learning Reports for Executives
- Captures learner feedback on programs and courses and communicates results to HR and the Bank’s leadership
- Creates the annual evaluation strategy using the Kirkpatrick levels of feedback
- Conducts learner focus groups and Subject Matter Expert meetings quarterly
- Monitors the completion rates of all Compliance and Mandatory Training, at least quarterly
- Manages LMS configuration, updates, and vendor coordination
- Maintains user access, roles, and HRIS (ADP) data integration
- Builds and maintains course catalog, learning paths, and assignments
- Uploads, tests, and updates eLearning content (SCORM files, documents, videos)
- Ensures accurate assignment and tracking of required training (Compliance, General Core, Management Core)
- Maintains audit-ready training records and supports compliance reporting
- Automates enrollments, notifications, and reoccurring assignments
- Troubleshoots LMS issues and provides support to employees and managers
- Creates user guides and delivers LMS training, as needed
- Creates and distributes content using PowerPoint, Canva, and digital platforms to promote L&D initiatives
- Maintains course catalog, training calendar, and learning page on the company Intranet
- Manages communications across intranet, email, and training inbox
- Supports monthly L&D updates and program communications
- Coordinates training logistics, including reserving rooms and set-up
- Orders and manages training supplies and materials at all training sites
- Prints and prepare course materials for sessions
- Supports ERG initiatives, including the Leadership Summit and learning events
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related field
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience supporting LMs administration (course setup, reporting, user management)
- Experience in a corporate or banking environment
- Experience supporting training programs, onboarding, or employee development initiatives
- Experience creating learning communications or marketing materials
