• Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Accurately document call details and outcomes
• Meet attendance, quality, and performance benchmarks
• Manage your schedule and performance as an independent contractor

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and typing skills
• Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Dedicated home workspace with stable wired internet
• Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
• USB headset and wired internet (not needed to apply but required prior to start)
• Previous experience in customer service roles
