Design and implement statistical methodologies for clinical trials and real-world evidence studies to support drug development and commercialization.

Analyze data from clinical trials and real-world evidence studies to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Lead and mentor a team of statisticians to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of statistical analyses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for statistical analysis.

Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stay updated with the latest developments in statistical methodologies and apply them to improve study designs and data analysis.

Provide expertise and guidance to other team members on statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.

Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful execution of statistical analyses.

Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures related to statistical analysis.

Participate in business development activities, such as proposal development and client presentations.

Represent the company at conferences and industry events to showcase our statistical capabilities and expertise.
