- Description:
- Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning interiors, and buffing exteriors.
- Move vehicles from one department to the next within Inspection Centers.
- Photograph vehicles so customers can view them online.
- Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and identify imperfections or defects accurately.
- Work in a fast-paced production environment that supports customer delivery timelines.
- Follow mandatory overtime requirements based on business needs.
- Use required safety equipment and protective gear while performing job duties.
- Support vehicle reconditioning work across Carvana’s inspection and reconditioning centers.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- May be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check for some positions.
- Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Must be able to use required safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
