Junior Account Associate

Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services. They are seeking a Junior Account Associate to support their Ecommerce team by managing account tasks, data tracking, and client communications, while contributing to the growth of their digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account tasks and client communications
• Serve as a reliable internal point of contact for 3P partners
• Monitor marketplace policy changes and proactively communicate their impact to ensure continuous sector leadership
• Maintain and update digital dashboards tracking website traffic, lead volume, and conversions
• Help identify performance trends and provide data-backed recommendations to help refine our digital strategy
• Support the rollout of promotional calendars and advertising investments
• Play a key role in driving the velocity of innovation by helping execute targeted digital campaigns that align with our sales outcomes
• Stay current on marketplace policy changes and effectively communicate these updates to the relevant teams
• Collaborate closely with leadership to evaluate the efficiency and profitability of various account programs
• Identify and secure new product opportunities including brand and condition approvals
• Execute onboarding tasks for new marketplace expansion channels

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, retail or data analysis
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas and data organization)
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships
• Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (Amazon, Shopify, or similar 3P platforms)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple 'moving parts' or promotional calendars simultaneously
