Key Responsibilities

  • Escalation Management: When issues require specialized expertise, you'll intelligently escalate matters to appropriate Product Support Specialists. For product or service-related issues beyond your scope, you'll ensure customers reach the right resource for resolution.
  • Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inbound technical issues. You'll escalate more complex technical product-related matters to the proper Product Support department while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of all inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems, issues, and resolutions. Your documentation skills will help improve overall team performance and customer service quality.
  • Data Accuracy: Update customer information with precision, ensuring accurate entry of contact details, account information, and interaction history in our systems.
