- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and peers
- Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
