How Youll Become a Licensed Insurance Agent

One of the most exciting aspects of this role is our comprehensive licensing program. arenaflex is dedicated to helping you succeed, which is why we offer a 5-day paid training program to prepare you for the State Insurance Exam. That's right – you'll get paid to study! Our experienced trainers will provide you with all the study materials you need, cover the cost of your state exam, and help you schedule your test at a convenient time.

Once you pass your exam, arenaflex will support you in obtaining your insurance license across all 50 states and territories where we operate. This means you'll have the flexibility to work virtually anywhere in the United States while building a career in one of the most stable and rewarding industries in the world.

Key Responsibilities


  • Resolve complex consumer issues: You will be responsible for addressing escalated customer concerns that require advanced decision-making skills and innovative solutions. Your ability to think on your feet and provide effective resolutions will be crucial in this role.

  • Advise first-level representatives: You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to entry-level team members who encounter high-level issues that exceed their scope.

  • Assist policyholders with billing inquiries: You will handle questions and concerns related to billing, payments, and financial aspects of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times.

  • Support policy modifications: You will assist policyholders with making changes to their coverage, including additions, deletions, and adjustments based on their evolving needs.

  • Provide personalized recommendations: You will analyze policyholder situations and offer tailored recommendations to help them make informed decisions about their coverage.

  • Adhere to guidelines: You will maintain strict compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Document interactions: You will accurately record all customer communications and transactions in our systems to maintain comprehensive records.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proven oral and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using desktop computer systems

  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities

  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems

  • Excellent organizational and work prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • 6 months or more of call center experience

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote team member, you'll need to maintain a professional home office setup that meets the following requirements:


  • Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps or higher
