Position Overview: Data Reporting Analyst
The Data Reporting Analyst role is a fantastic entry point into the world of human resources analytics and systems management. In this position, you'll play a critical role in enabling the People Systems Team to deliver data solutions and analytics to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting on key data that drives business decisions across the organization.

You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance our Workday platform, covering various HCM modules including compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence management, and knowledge management. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Data Request Management: Intelligently intake file requests and thoroughly understand specific reporting requirements, including date ranges, data fields, and the end user's intended purpose for the information.
- Data Reconciliation: Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies with precision and accuracy to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable reporting data.
- Custom Analysis Development: Create custom data evaluations tailored for use by human resource teams and various departments across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure they meet evolving business needs.
- System Implementation Support: Consult with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or processes.
- Data Integrity Assurance: Maintain data integrity by effectively interpreting variances and outliers, presenting findings to leadership with clear recommendations.
- Compliance Management: Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines, roles, and policies are strictly followed throughout all reporting activities.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated troubles through meticulous research of discrepancies and implementation of effective solutions.
- Process Automation: Blend and automate data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

Physical Requirements
