Are you ready to make a significant impact on how enterprise data is managed, integrated, and leveraged across global organizations? arenaflex is seeking a talented and experienced Data Architect to join our Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) Data Team. This is a remarkable opportunity to design, build, and oversee data architectures that power innovative solutions and drive business transformation. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing blueprints for data control structures, evaluating data sources—both internal and external—and crafting comprehensive strategies to integrate, centralize, protect, and maintain critical data assets.
At arenaflex, we believe that data is the backbone of modern business intelligence and operational excellence. Our Data Architects are trusted partners in translating complex business processes and requirements into world-class technical solutions, applications, and system designs. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing our conceptual and logical data structures, including all components related to development, infrastructure, data, and configuration control perspectives. Your work will involve preparing architect reports, monitoring system performance, and supervising seamless machine migrations.
This position requires an extraordinary blend of skills typically found in specialized roles including Cloud Architect, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Reporting Specialist. As a Data Architect at arenaflex, you will also assist in establishing and enforcing architectural requirements and quality practices to ensure consistency in data solutions delivery across development teams.

Ensure all solutions align perfectly with overall business objectives and requirements.
- Technical Oversight and Guidance: Provide expert technical oversight and guidance on data infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and performant.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in and lead discovery sessions with primary business stakeholders to gather critical information on business objectives, challenges, and specific requirements that drive solution design.
- Solution Presentation: Present proposed solutions to technical forums during evaluation sessions while articulately communicating designs to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Development Support: Support solution delivery by providing valuable insights to software development teams and project managers who plan and execute delivery activities.
- Implementation Coordination: Support implementation methods in association with internal and external development teams, actively participating in all project-related activities.
- Quality Assurance: Support the achievement of high-quality implemented solutions and ensure strict adherence to technology strategies, standards, and quality best practices.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive solution architecture documents that clearly describe and explain solution attributes and related business benefits.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on emergent technologies applicable to supporting the data solutions delivered for our customers.
- Process Improvement: Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of solution control methodologies, including gathering feedback after solutions have been implemented.
- Strategic Recommendations: Assist in identifying and recommending appropriate solutions, improvements, replacements, or decommissioning alternatives incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership considerations.
