We’re Hiring: Inventory Control Manager 


We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager to support our transition to a perpetual inventory model across 53 districts. This is a high‑impact role with strong visibility, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and district teams nationwide.


What you’ll do:



  • Lead company‑wide inventory SOPs and controls

  • Analyze inventory data, variances, and shrinkage trends

  • Partner with Finance on valuation, reconciliations, and audit readiness

  • Travel (~40%) to support cycle counts, spot checks, and best‑practice adoption

  • Drive inventory reporting, KPIs, and process improvements across locations


What we’re looking for:



  • 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or operations roles

  • Strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)

  • Experience with SOPs, cycle counts, and perpetual inventory systems

  • Ability to work independently in a multi‑site environment


Travel: ~ 50% during implementation of ERP / Up to 40% after implementation of ERP
