Berkheimer Tax Innovations is currently hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Bangor, PA. The role involves answering inbound calls and providing solutions to taxpayer inquiries, with training provided for those without prior tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a busy call-center environment
• NO COLD CALLING!
• Maintain positive & timely communication with customers
• Use problem solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiries
• Exhibit patience & understanding when handling taxpayer issues
• Navigate & research between numerous accounts & software programs
• Meet personal, company, & client production goals
