Responsibilities

• Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for our clients
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality services that provide valuable, actionable information to clients
• Collaborating within project teams, learning from experienced colleagues, and contributing to team success
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with Deloitte team members and client contacts
• Managing your time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Supporting practice growth activities, such as knowledge sharing, research, and development of internal tools or methodologies

Skills

• A willingness to learn, investigate, and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement and apply the learnings to new challenges
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts clearly and simply
• Exceptional accountability and follows‑through with commitments
• Familiarity with technology asset and data management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, ICA/ITAM, Flexera) is an asset
• Experience working on projects (academic, internship, or professional) is valued
• Experience or coursework in technology, data analysis, or compliance is an asset
• You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in Canada
• Experience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada)
• Proficiency in an Indigenous language is a valuable asset
