As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- *Management Customer Service Support:**
- Regular client interfacing (via phone) to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Email management (checking/organizing communication with clients) to ensure prompt and accurate responses
- Calendar management (communication with management team during month for specific date-oriented tasks) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks
- *Operations Support:**
- Creating/executing/maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Admin tasks associated with CRM software to manage customer relationships and data
- *Key Attributes:**
- Confident, decisive, and experienced communicator with strong written and verbal skills that can use tact and diplomacy when interfacing with different personalities and situations
