As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and logging necessary information into multiple software programs. • *Responsibilities and Duties**

As a Call Center Agent/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Making several outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance company, using a multi-line phone system
• Logging all necessary information into multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Email
• Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the same steps as above
• Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards
• Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, using multiple software programs
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• *Qualifications and Skills**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience
• High School Graduate
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and a multi-line phone system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions
• Willingness to work some weekends and overtime as needed

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bilingual (a plus)
• Experience with insurance companies and their clients (a plus)
• Familiarity with multiple software programs, including CRM systems (a plus)
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment (a plus)
