As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, with a focus on resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support, with a focus on resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently, with a focus on quality and attention to detail

  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in health insurance and customer service
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a focus on proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology, with a focus on adapting to new systems and processes
  • A high level of professionalism, with a focus on excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication
  • Comfortable working from home, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline

  • *Preferred Experience**

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, is also a plus.
