As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping us transform operations, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • **Input data accurately**: Input data accurately into our system using a steady stream of images.
  • **Identify and categorize documents**: Identify and categorize various document types based on provided documentation.
  • **Review entered data**: Review all entered data to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
  • **Maintain confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • **Collaborate with team members**: Professionally collaborate with team members as needed to optimize workflow.
  • **Suggest improvements**: Suggest and propose improvements or enhancements to job processes.
  • **Complete daily tasks efficiently**: Complete daily tasks efficiently and thoroughly while adhering to deadlines.
  • **Execute additional office duties**: Execute additional office duties as assigned by management.
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Previous experience in data entry**: Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position preferred.

  • **Shifts**: Part-time and full-time opportunities available, with a preference for full-time. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
