As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and online chat
- Answering customer calls and responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resetting passwords and assisting with creating accounts
- Uploading documents and verifying customer information
- Helping customers manage their accounts and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner

- Bilingual in Spanish (pay rate: $15.50/hr)
