As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This will involve:

  • Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity and typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy)
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace
