- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials

- *Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position
- Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience
- Pharmacy Technician certification at a State or National level
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy or medical office
