As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and alternatives to meet their needs
  • Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle customer inquiries and requests

  • Navigating online resources efficiently to access information and complete tasks

  • Previous remote work experience is a plus, but not required

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • Starting pay of $14/hour, with shift differential and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
  • Work hours between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), with rotating weekends and a 40-hour workweek
  • Paid training of 3 weeks in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday
  • Full-time status with 40 hours of work per week
  • Equipment provided, including a laptop or desktop, USB headset, and other necessary tools
