Position Overview: Part-Time Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill part-time positions in our fast-paced fulfillment centers. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming shipments and properly stow products in designated storage locations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and organization
- Order Preparation: Retrieve customer orders accurately and prepare them for packaging, ensuring all items are correctly selected and staged for shipping
- Packing & Processing: Carefully pack products using appropriate materials and techniques to ensure safe transport, adhering to packaging standards and quality requirements
- Loading & Unloading: Load boxes and packages onto trucks and trailers for shipment, as well as unload incoming deliveries using proper lifting techniques
- Scanning & Data Entry: Use handheld scanners to read barcodes and track products throughout the fulfillment process, ensuring accurate inventory management and order tracking
- Equipment Operation: Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) including forklifts, pallet jacks, and turret trucks to move products efficiently throughout the facility
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and production standards, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, use protective equipment as required, and maintain a clean and organized work area
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role requires physical activity and stamina. Team members must be able to perform the following:
- Lift and carry items up to 49 pounds regularly, with proper lifting techniques
- Push utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the facility
- Stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach continuously during assigned shifts
- Navigate stairs where applicable to access different levels of the facility
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on mezzanines or elevated platforms when required
- Operate equipment at heights up to 35 feet with appropriate training and certification
- Move items using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
Work Environment Details: Our fulfillment centers are dynamic environments with varying conditions. Team members work around moving equipment including order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts. While climate-controlled areas maintain comfortable temperatures, some zones may experience temperatures ranging from 60°F to 90°F. During peak periods or hot weather, temperatures in certain areas (such as truck yards or trailers) may exceed 90°F. Hearing protection is available and recommended in areas with higher noise levels.
Qualifications & What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols
- Reliability and punctuality – teammates count on each other

- Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate various types of equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management
- Forklift certification or prior PIT operation experience
- Experience with barcode scanning and inventory tracking systems
- Understanding of quality control processes in manufacturing or distribution
- Physical fitness and comfort with repetitive physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons
