- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- **Sales/Customer Service:** + Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (email, phone, social media)+ Help customers book or cancel appointments+ Collect customers' feedback from on/off line channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly+ Courteously and promptly resolve patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel+ Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction+ Provide accurate information and guidance to customers+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members+ Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as required
- **Social Media Management:** + Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives+ Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to share on social media platforms+ Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends+ Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner+ Build and maintain a strong online community by fostering positive interactions with followers+ Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Proven experience** in customer service and social media management
