As an Admin and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring excellent customer communication, and coordinating with our Amish team. ### Administration & Data Entry
- Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure accurate records and informed decision-making.
- Handle applications and submit necessary forms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to ensure seamless coordination with our Amish team.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to support our team's growth and development.
- Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
- Manage customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional communication and support.
### Customer Service
- Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
- Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
