What You'll Do

As an Organizational Health Master Student in our Incident Response and Business Development team, you will be immersed in projects that directly contribute to arenaflex's strategic objectives. Your temporary position will expose you to a wide range of responsibilities, including:


  • Business Client Collaboration: Work directly with business clients to conduct comprehensive needs assessments related to organizational structures and business processes. You'll help develop quality technical solutions that address real workplace challenges.

  • Solution Development: Ensure that all solutions align with internal tooling, business systems, and departmental standards. You'll participate in the full lifecycle of solution development from planning and coding to testing and implementation.

  • Project Management: Lead time management for planning, coding, testing, and deployment phases to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a vital resource to facilitate successful exchanges between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

  • Testing and Validation: Participate in systems integration and acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables that meet business requirements.

  • Organizational Analysis: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee wellness, workplace efficiency, and organizational resilience across multiple departments.

Program Details


  • Position Type: Spring 2024 Student Internship (12-week program)

  • Duration: January 30th through April 19th, 2024

  • Work Environment: Fully remote position with virtual team collaboration opportunities

  • Time Commitment: Minimum 24 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week available

  • Travel Opportunity: Potential to attend in-person sessions at corporate headquarters (HDQ) depending on project requirements and location eligibility

Essential Qualifications:


  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986

  • Must possess a valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process

  • Work authorization to serve as a U.S. employee without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills and Competencies:


  • Previous experience with project management or business analysis

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies

  • Understanding of organizational health metrics and KPIs

  • Experience with virtual collaboration platforms

  • Interest in aviation industry operations and customer experience

  • Basic knowledge of systems testing and quality assurance
